A return request may be raised only after 3 to 5 days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. Returns requested before this period or after the 5-day return window will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Submission of a valid unboxing video is compulsory for all return requests, without exception. The video serves as primary evidence for verifying the condition and authenticity of the returned item. Requests submitted without a compliant video will be summarily rejected.
Begin recording before the parcel is opened. The package must be visibly intact and sealed at the start of the video.
The video must be recorded in a single, uninterrupted take. No cuts, edits, pauses, splices, or fast-forwarding are permitted.
The product, its tags, labels, SKU barcode, and overall condition must be clearly visible and legible throughout the unboxing.
No external items may be added or removed during recording. Any evidence of tampering will invalidate the video entirely.
The unboxing video must be uploaded at the time of return request submission via your account portal or support ticket. Videos shared via third-party links may not be accepted.
All return requests must be raised within 5 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests raised after this period will be declined, and no exceptions will be made regardless of the reason cited.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions at the time of pickup or submission. Failure to satisfy even one condition may result in rejection or a reduced refund.
The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including defect claims, unless the item was incorrectly delivered by Livora Style:
For hygiene reasons, all innerwear and intimate apparel are final sale.
Products made to order or customised as per buyer's specification.
Items purchased during flash sales, clearance events, or marked as final sale.
Digital or physical gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.
Opened or used personal care, grooming, and cosmetic products.
Jewellery, belts, or accessories once removed from sealed packaging.
In the event of a failed verification, the rejected package will be returned to the sender at their cost, and the case may be escalated for further legal action if deemed appropriate. Livora Style reserves the right to take all necessary steps to protect against return fraud.
All approved refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be transferred to a different bank account, UPI ID, or payment instrument under any circumstances.
Refunded to the original card, UPI, net banking, or wallet within 5–7 business days of approval.
Refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the account details provided by the customer at the time of return request.
In certain cases, at the sole discretion of Livora Style, refunds may be issued as store credit / wallet credit instead of monetary refund.
Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days of return verification and may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.
Livora Style reserves the right to issue a partial refund at its sole discretion based on the physical condition of the returned product as assessed by our quality control team. A partial refund may be issued in the following scenarios:
Return shipping charges are handled as follows depending on the reason for the return:
If the return is caused by our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damaged in transit), return shipping is fully covered by Livora Style.
For all other eligible return reasons, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The applicable charge will be communicated at the time of return approval.
Customers opting for self-shipping are advised to use a trackable courier service. Livora Style will not be liable for packages lost or damaged during return transit if self-shipped.

Consequences of fraudulent return activity include:
Immediate and permanent suspension of the associated customer account and all linked accounts.
Permanent blacklisting from the return and refund programme for the associated user and address.
Cases of confirmed fraud may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities and pursued under applicable Indian law, including provisions under the IT Act and IPC.
Livora Style reserves the right to recover costs incurred due to fraudulent claims, including shipping, inspection, and legal fees.
