Return & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before initiating any return or refund request.

Effective Date: April 25, 2026 Strictly Enforced Unboxing Video Mandatory
Important Notice: Return requests submitted without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected. By placing an order with Livora Style, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

Return Eligibility

A return request may be raised only after 3 to 5 days from the confirmed delivery date of your order. Returns requested before this period or after the 5-day return window will not be entertained under any circumstances.

The delivery date is determined by the tracking confirmation from our logistics partner, which is considered final and binding.

Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

Submission of a valid unboxing video is compulsory for all return requests, without exception. The video serves as primary evidence for verifying the condition and authenticity of the returned item. Requests submitted without a compliant video will be summarily rejected.

Non-compliance with any one of the video rules below will result in immediate rejection of your return request.
Parcel Must Be Sealed

Begin recording before the parcel is opened. The package must be visibly intact and sealed at the start of the video.

Continuous Recording

The video must be recorded in a single, uninterrupted take. No cuts, edits, pauses, splices, or fast-forwarding are permitted.

Product Clearly Visible

The product, its tags, labels, SKU barcode, and overall condition must be clearly visible and legible throughout the unboxing.

No Tampering

No external items may be added or removed during recording. Any evidence of tampering will invalidate the video entirely.

The unboxing video must be uploaded at the time of return request submission via your account portal or support ticket. Videos shared via third-party links may not be accepted.

Return Request Window

All return requests must be raised within 5 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests raised after this period will be declined, and no exceptions will be made regardless of the reason cited.

Return requests submitted on Day 6 or later will be automatically declined. The 5-day window is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.

Product Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet all of the following conditions at the time of pickup or submission. Failure to satisfy even one condition may result in rejection or a reduced refund.

  • The product must be completely unused and unworn, with no signs of use, washing, or alteration.
  • All original tags, labels, and SKU barcodes must be intact, attached, and unremoved.
  • The item must be in its original packaging — including brand boxes, polybags, protective covers, and accessories.
  • All accessories, freebies, and bundled items included with the original shipment must be returned together.
  • The product must be free from any odour, stains, or physical damage not present at the time of delivery.
  • The invoice or packing slip must be included inside the return package.

Non-Returnable Items

The following categories are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, including defect claims, unless the item was incorrectly delivered by Livora Style:

Innerwear & Lingerie

For hygiene reasons, all innerwear and intimate apparel are final sale.

Customised / Personalised Items

Products made to order or customised as per buyer's specification.

Sale & Clearance Items

Items purchased during flash sales, clearance events, or marked as final sale.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Digital or physical gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.

Beauty & Personal Care

Opened or used personal care, grooming, and cosmetic products.

Accessories (Opened)

Jewellery, belts, or accessories once removed from sealed packaging.

Reverse Pickup Verification Rule

Critical Policy: Upon receipt of the returned package, our quality control team will conduct a thorough inspection and cross-verify the returned item against the original shipped product. If the returned product does not match the original order in any of the following attributes, the return will be immediately rejected and no refund will be issued:
  • SKU / Product Code — The item's SKU, model number, or product code does not match the dispatched order.
  • Original Tags — Tags, labels, or barcodes have been removed, tampered with, or replaced.
  • Product Quality — The item shows signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage not reported in the return claim.
  • Wrong Item Returned — A different product, counterfeit item, or empty package is received in place of the original.

In the event of a failed verification, the rejected package will be returned to the sender at their cost, and the case may be escalated for further legal action if deemed appropriate. Livora Style reserves the right to take all necessary steps to protect against return fraud.

Refund Mode Policy

All approved refunds will be processed exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be transferred to a different bank account, UPI ID, or payment instrument under any circumstances.

Online Payments

Refunded to the original card, UPI, net banking, or wallet within 5–7 business days of approval.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Refunded via bank transfer or UPI to the account details provided by the customer at the time of return request.

Store Credit (Discretionary)

In certain cases, at the sole discretion of Livora Style, refunds may be issued as store credit / wallet credit instead of monetary refund.

Processing Time

Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days of return verification and may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider.

Livora Style is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider after the refund has been initiated from our end.

Partial Refund Policy

Livora Style reserves the right to issue a partial refund at its sole discretion based on the physical condition of the returned product as assessed by our quality control team. A partial refund may be issued in the following scenarios:

  • The product shows minor signs of use, such as creasing, light marks, or evidence of being tried on.
  • Original packaging is damaged or missing, including brand boxes, polybags, or protective coverings.
  • Accessories or bundled items included in the original shipment are not returned.
  • The product has minor cosmetic damage that was not attributed to manufacturing defect or transit damage.
The refund percentage in such cases will be determined by Livora Style's quality team and communicated to the customer before processing. The company's decision on partial refund amounts is final and binding.

Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges are handled as follows depending on the reason for the return:

Seller Error / Defective Item

If the return is caused by our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, or damaged in transit), return shipping is fully covered by Livora Style.

Customer-Initiated Return

For all other eligible return reasons, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. The applicable charge will be communicated at the time of return approval.

Customers opting for self-shipping are advised to use a trackable courier service. Livora Style will not be liable for packages lost or damaged during return transit if self-shipped.

Fraud Protection & Account Restrictions

Zero-Tolerance Fraud Policy: Livora Style maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards return fraud, false claims, and abuse of the return process. Any customer found engaging in fraudulent activity will face immediate and permanent consequences as outlined below.

The following activities constitute return fraud and are strictly prohibited:

  • Submitting a false or exaggerated damage or defect claim.
  • Returning a different, used, or counterfeit item in place of the original product.
  • Submitting an edited, cut, or fabricated unboxing video.
  • Claiming non-delivery of a product that has been confirmed as delivered by the logistics partner.
  • Repeated or pattern-based return abuse across multiple orders.
  • Misrepresenting the reason for return to qualify for a refund.

Consequences of fraudulent return activity include:

Account Suspension

Immediate and permanent suspension of the associated customer account and all linked accounts.

Return Privilege Revoked

Permanent blacklisting from the return and refund programme for the associated user and address.

Legal Action

Cases of confirmed fraud may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities and pursued under applicable Indian law, including provisions under the IT Act and IPC.

Recovery of Losses

Livora Style reserves the right to recover costs incurred due to fraudulent claims, including shipping, inspection, and legal fees.

All return requests, videos, and associated account activity are logged and monitored. Our fraud detection system is active and ongoing.
